Returns & care

Request a return within 7 calendar days of receipt. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, unwashed and complete with intact packaging; reasonable unpacking for inspection is allowed. Customer pays return shipping; original paid delivery charges are not refunded unless legally required. Confirmed damage, wrong items or defects: we cover related shipping.
