FAQ

How do I choose the right drinkware?

Consider capacity, dimensions, weight, materials and lid construction. Refer to each product page for specifications and included accessories.

Can I use it for hot drinks, in a microwave or in a dishwasher?

Compatibility varies. Follow the product page and included instructions; if suitability is not explicitly stated, ask before use.

Is a lidded cup leakproof?

A splash-resistant lid is not necessarily leakproof. Unless expressly described as suitable for sealed transport, keep filled drinkware upright.

How should I clean it?

Follow the product's care instructions. For handwash-compatible styles, use mild detergent and soft tools, then dry thoroughly. Remove only parts designed to detach.

Where do orders ship from?

Orders ship from the United States. Processing takes up to 5 business days and estimated transit after dispatch is 7–14 business days. Worldwide delivery is subject to carrier coverage.

What does shipping cost?

Orders with a merchandise total of $35 USD or more qualify for free shipping. Below that amount, shipping is shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the recipient's responsibility.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Submit your request promptly with the order number. Changes depend on processing status. Refer to our transaction terms for cancellation rights.

How do returns work?

Request a return within 7 calendar days of receipt. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unwashed and complete with intact packaging; reasonable unpacking for inspection is allowed. Returns go to an approved U.S. warehouse. See the full Return & Refund Policy.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Keep the item and packaging, take clear photos and submit the order number and issue description. Stop using damaged drinkware.

Payment & Security

Review your total before paying

Check the selected products, quantities, address, discounts, delivery charge and any taxes collected at checkout. Available payment methods and currency are displayed at checkout and may vary by location and provider.

Currency conversion

Your bank or payment provider determines exchange rates and any conversion fees if your account uses a different currency.

If payment fails

Check payment details, billing address, funds and verification requirements. If a charge or pending entry appears despite a failed checkout, verify its status before retrying. Pending entries may be temporary authorization holds.

Order confirmation

If no confirmation arrives, check spam and the email address entered. For investigation, provide the order number if available, checkout email, transaction time and amount. Redact sensitive information from screenshots.

Protect payment credentials

Pay through the website checkout. We will not request payment passwords, card security codes or one-time verification codes in support emails. Verify unfamiliar payment requests through our official contact details.

Refunds and disputes

Refer to the Return & Refund Policy. Posting time depends on the bank or provider. Investigate duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized transactions promptly and notify your bank when account security is involved.

Where required, the relevant legal basis may be contract performance, legal obligation, consent or legally recognized legitimate interests.

Service providers

We may share necessary information with our commerce platform, payment providers, carriers, technical providers and professional advisers, or where necessary for legal process, disputes or lawful rights.

If Shopify Enhanced Services, analytics or advertising features are enabled, Shopify and partners may process activity for analytics, personalization or advertising, depending on enabled features, privacy choices and applicable law. Marketing

Unsubscribe through the marketing email link or request removal. Necessary order and security communications continue.

Retention and international processing

Retention depends on fulfillment, support, disputes, security and legal recordkeeping. Unneeded information is deleted, anonymized or otherwise appropriately handled. We operate in China; providers may process data elsewhere. Legally required transfer safeguards apply.

Shipping Policy

Order processing

After payment confirmation, orders are prepared and dispatched within 5 business days, excluding weekends and applicable public holidays. Processing is separate from transit time.

Transit time

Estimated transit after dispatch is 7–14 business days. This is not a guaranteed arrival date; customs, destinations, holidays, weather and carrier operations can affect delivery.

Origin and coverage

Orders ship from the United States, with worldwide delivery subject to checkout availability and carrier coverage. If an address cannot be served after payment, we will arrange an address change or cancel and refund the order.

Shipping charges

Orders with a merchandise total of $35 USD or more qualify for free shipping. Below this threshold, charges are shown at checkout. Free shipping does not cover import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees.

Customs

The recipient is responsible for applicable import duties, taxes and clearance fees. Follow customs and carrier requests for documentation or payment.

Tracking

After dispatch we email shipping and tracking information to the checkout email. Tracking may take time to update. Check spam if the email is missing.

Addresses and delivery issues

Check your full address and phone before purchase. Request changes promptly; changes may be restricted after dispatch. For delays or exceptions, provide the order number. If marked delivered but missing, check safe locations, building reception and household members before contacting support.

Damage or missing items

Keep products and packaging and provide clear photos and the order number. Do not use damaged drinkware.

If we cannot dispatch within the promised period, we will notify you and offer waiting or canceling the unshipped order for a refund, as required by applicable law.

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 30, 2026.

These terms apply to purchases through Prtaxlve™, operated by Shanghai Weishu Communication Technology Co., Ltd. Read them with our Shipping, Return & Refund and Privacy Policies.

Eligibility and information

You must have legal capacity to transact or appropriate authorization. Provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information and use an authorized payment method.

Products

Specifications, accessories and care requirements are those shown on the product page at purchase. Reasonable display or measurement variations do not remove responsibility for accurate descriptions. Styling props are not included unless listed.

Pricing and payment

Review totals and currency at checkout. Merchandise totals of $35 USD or more qualify for free shipping; below that threshold shipping is shown at checkout. Recipients pay import duties and clearance charges. We will notify you of obvious information errors, seek agreement to material corrections, and refund any unfulfillable portion rather than increase a paid price without agreement.

Order fulfillment

We may verify payment, stock and delivery details. Confirmation records receipt, not dispatch. We will notify you and refund unfulfilled paid portions if an order cannot be completed.

Shipping

Orders ship from the United States worldwide where carriers serve. Dispatch is within 5 business days after payment confirmation; estimated transit is 7–14 business days. If we cannot dispatch on time, we will notify you and offer waiting or cancellation and refund for unshipped items, following applicable requirements.

Changes and returns

Request changes or cancellation promptly. Routine changes depend on processing status without limiting statutory rights. Returns follow the Return & Refund Policy. Obtain the approved address before returning anything.

Inspection and use

Inspect items on receipt, document damage or errors and retain packaging. Do not use cracked or chipped drinkware. Follow the product's stated heat, microwave and dishwasher restrictions.

Responsibility and privacy

We address defects, inaccurate descriptions and fulfillment issues under applicable law and policies. Liability that cannot legally be excluded is not excluded. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

Updates and disputes

Updated terms generally apply to later orders and do not retroactively change existing orders unless legally required or lawfully agreed. Applicable mandatory consumer protections, complaint rights and judicial remedies remain available. Submit dispute details so we can investigate and seek a resolution.

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 30, 2026.

These terms cover access and content interactions on Prtaxlve™, operated by Shanghai Weishu Communication Technology Co., Ltd. Purchases are governed by our Terms and Conditions.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse identities or payment credentials, distribute malware, bypass security, gain unauthorized access, impose unreasonable automated load, submit unlawful or harassing content, or manipulate reviews, orders or promotions.

Intellectual property

Content belongs to its rights holders or is used under lawful authorization. Personal shopping use and legally permitted retention of product and order details are allowed. Commercial copying or promotion requires permission or legal authorization. Fair use and other lawful rights remain unaffected.

Product information

Follow the selected product's specifications and care instructions. Do not infer heat resistance, insulation, leakproof performance or microwave and dishwasher suitability from appearance.

Accounts

If account features are available, protect login details, keep important information updated and report suspected unauthorized use. Legal security responsibilities remain unaffected.

Reviews and submissions

Submit truthful content you have the right to provide, without exposing sensitive personal details. Public review submissions permit display, storage and necessary formatting to operate the review feature; ownership is not transferred. Private support attachments are not authorized for advertising without separate permission.

We may address unlawful, infringing, privacy-invasive, spam or irrelevant submissions. A truthful negative experience is not a violation solely because it is negative.

Third parties and maintenance

Review third-party terms and privacy notices. Links do not automatically endorse their content or remove our own responsibilities. Maintenance or errors may interrupt features. Corrections do not unilaterally change existing orders.

Violations and responsibility

Reasonable, necessary and proportionate restrictions may address violations or security risks. They do not automatically cancel paid orders or remove refund rights. No liability or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded is excluded.

Privacy and updates

Our Privacy Policy governs personal information. Updated use terms will carry a revised date, with additional notice or consent where required, and do not automatically alter existing order terms.

Contact

For assistance, email service@prtaxlve.com with the relevant order number and a description of your request.

Return & Refund Policy

Return request window

Request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving the item, providing the order number and reason. This is the request deadline, not the deadline for the package to reach our warehouse. Follow the approved shipping instructions afterward. Mandatory rights for defects and other legal circumstances remain unaffected.

Change-of-mind conditions

Items must be unused, unwashed, complete and undamaged, with intact original and protective packaging and all included accessories. Reasonable unpacking for inspection is allowed and does not automatically disqualify a return. Avoid filling with drinks, washing or affecting the original condition. These requirements do not exclude remedies for items originally damaged, defective or incorrect.

Change-of-mind costs

The customer pays return shipping. Original delivery charges paid are nonrefundable unless law requires otherwise. Originally free delivery is not retroactively deducted.

Damaged, incorrect or defective items

Keep the product and packaging and provide the order number, description and clear photos. When confirmed, we cover related return and necessary replacement shipping. We will agree an appropriate refund, replacement or other remedy. Get instructions before paying unapproved shipping expenses. Do not use damaged drinkware.

Return process and address

1. Submit the request and supporting details within the applicable window.
2. Customer support reviews eligibility.
3. After approval, obtain the U.S. warehouse address and instructions.
4. Securely pack and return the product, accessories and packaging as instructed.
5. Keep the shipping receipt and tracking until resolved.

Do not assume the company address or original shipping-label address is the return address.

Refund timing

After receipt and inspection confirm eligibility, we initiate the refund within 3 business days. If inspection finds an eligibility issue, we explain the reason and next steps. Actual posting depends on the bank or payment provider.

Refund method and amount

Refunds go to the original payment method for the actual amount paid for eligible returned products, with shipping handled as described above. If the original method cannot receive a refund, we will verify and arrange an appropriate solution under provider rules and applicable requirements.

Statutory rights

This policy does not restrict mandatory consumer protections, longer statutory periods or required remedies.
