If Your Payment Does Not Go Through
If your payment fails, is declined, or cannot be verified, check that:

Your payment provider’s transaction record and the store’s order status may update at different times. If you have paid but have not received an order confirmation, check your spam folder and confirm that you entered the correct email address at checkout.
For help investigating a payment, provide your order number, if available, along with your checkout email address, payment time, and transaction amount. Redact full card numbers, account balances, and unrelated information from payment screenshots.
Protecting Your Payment Information
Complete payments through the website’s checkout process, and keep your account passwords and verification details secure.
We will not ask you to provide your payment password, card security code, or one-time verification code in a customer support email. Do not include your full card number or other sensitive payment credentials in an inquiry.
If you receive a request to pay a personal account, share a verification code, or pay an additional charge through an unfamiliar link, verify the request using the official contact details published on our website.
Refunds and Payment Disputes
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for refund eligibility and processing arrangements. Once a refund has been initiated, the time it takes to appear in your account may depend on your bank, payment method, and payment provider.
If you notice a possible duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, or an unauthorized transaction, investigate promptly. For concerns involving account security, also contact your bank or payment provider as soon as possible.
